We will receive a commission payment from the finance provider for the introduction if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.

The nature of this commission is as follows: we receive a fixed fee commission per finance agreement entered into, or we receive a commission based on a percentage of the total amount of finance taken.

We will disclose the amount of any commission we will receive and gain your explicit consent before the agreement is entered into.

The typical amount of commission we receive varies depending on the product and provider, but ranges from £50 to £500 per agreement, or between 0.5% and 3% of the total amount of credit.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Information about the Financial Ombudsman Service can be found on their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Most types of investment business are covered up to a maximum of £85,000. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
